- According to Ayurveda Mukhalepa (face pack) is very essential for us.
- Face pack should be hot in vata and kapha dominancy whereas it should be too cold in pitta dominancy.
- which means Normal to Dry or Normal to Oily skin types mix it with lukewarm milk/ lukewarm water.
- Oily in the T-ZONE and dry on the cheek zone mix with normal or coolant water/rose water.
- Apply weekly once on a regular seasonal basis
- A thin plaster smeared evenly on the face.
- It is generally to be removed before it dries completely
