Weekly two times/once. Warm a required quantity of oil using the double boiler technique, and immerse the container of oil in a bowl (Steel or iron)of hot water such that the oil gets heated indirectly.
Apply onto the scalp/ full length of hair and lightly massage it upward direction, leave it 30 minutes rinse off warm water with a mild cleanser.
Face Massage for Castor Oil
Face: Massage in a circular motion on your forehead, temples, cheeks, and jaws (always moving in an upward movement). Be sure to massage your ears, especially your ear-lobes
Body Massage Oil
Use long strokes on the limbs (arms and legs) and circular strokes on the joints (elbows and knees). Always massage toward the direction of your heart
Massage the abdomen and chest in broad, clockwise, circular motions. On the abdomen, follow the path of the large intestine; moving up on the right side of the abdomen, then across, then down on the left side
